This type of therapy has proven extremely beneficial for those suffering from regular headaches, jaw pain or any type of chronic pain.
Sports Massage

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth heated river stones as an extension of their own hands. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles by increasing the blood flow so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.
Pregnancy Massage

Energy Medicine
Using different techniques such as sound, vibration or holding with hands either on or above different areas of your body to help move stuck energy from your energetic systems.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage uses very light rhythmic circular movements to stimulate the natural drainage of lymph which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart to enhance immune efficiency. It aids in the reduction of swelling either from injury or fluid retention in the tissues
Myofascial Cupping
Myofascial cupping is a unique treatment that uses suction to lift tissue as the cup is moved by the therapist to decompress underlying tissue. The cups come in various sizes depending on the treatment area needed with the goal of eliminating pain and increasing range of motion. It is also good for helping to break down scar tissue and promote the reduction of cellulite.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic Therapy is defined as body-centred therapy that aims to connect body and mind. Techniques may include breathing exercises, dance, mindfulness and other body movement techniques such as Skinner Releasing Technique, Body-Mind Centering, Feldenkrais, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and therapeutic & somatic yoga.
Neurodynamics
Nerve mobilization includes nerve gliding and nerve tensioning to remove any restrictions in the nerves and soft tissues around them.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Based on Chinese medicine, meridian points are thought of as areas of the body that energy flows through. EFT uses fingertip tapping to apply gentle pressure on these meridian points to help restore balance to your body’s energy flow in order to maintain health and relieve symptoms a negative experience or emotion may have caused.
